North Carolina- get ready to vote May 8th.
This is my best friend Morgan, her partner Beth, and their baby Izzy. Morgan is the kindest, most level-headed, funniest, warmest human I’ve ever met, and Beth is her perfect partner. I don’t know Izzy so well, as she’s a baby, but so far, she’s pretty amazing. The three of them, plus their dogs Emma and Gus, form one hell of a family, and their family is at risk if Amendment One passes in North Carolina.
If you live in NC, it is my wish that you vote against Amendment One. But regardless of how you vote, I implore you to at least go and read about Amendment One, so you at least know what you’re voting on on May 8th.
